  • Labor and Workmanship: 90 days from the date of service completion
  • Replacement Parts: 90 days from installation or manufacturer's warranty, whichever is longer
  • Preventative Maintenance Services: 30 days warranty on all work performed
  • Software and Driver Updates: 30 days technical support following installation

For clients with ongoing service contracts or maintenance plans, extended warranty terms may apply as specified in your service agreement.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our repair warranty covers the following:

  • Defects in workmanship related to the specific repair performed
  • Malfunctions of replacement parts installed during the repair
  • Recurrence of the same issue that was originally repaired
  • Secondary issues directly caused by our repair work

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

  • Damage from using non-recommended paper or media types

The warranty is valid only for the specific printer that received service and is non-transferable to other equipment.

Our extended warranty options include:
